Functional Description

The Haffmans Keg Monitor, model KEG 2.0, includes a specially prepared keg, a handy or charger, and a dock station. It travels with other kegs through the washer, monitoring performance by measuring the temperature of incoming and outgoing products, the keg wall temperature, and internal pressure. The data logger also tracks the keg's position during cleaning.
After the washing process, data is wirelessly transferred from the handy to the dock, where it can be printed or uploaded to a PC. The software analyzes the data, checking for superheated steam, and displays results in both tabular and graphical formats for printing or storage.
